    CHEF ANDRE SICKINGER

Andre Sickinger is one of the most sought-after Clean Foods Chefs in the world. Sickinger has successfully ramped up 30 years of culinary experience as a restauranteur/chef, and private chef to international celebrities, elite athletes, brands and broadcast events. Sickinger specializes in clean sustainable fuel for the body, mind and soul. As a result, Sickinger was coveted by an elite athletic clientele throughout the action sports industry throughout 12 countries. His culinary genius has been recruited by athletic brand giants such as QuiksilverHurleyRip Curl, Roxy, Billabong, Volcom, RVCA, SwatchRed Bull, Indies Trader Surf Charters and more. Most recently Sickinger acted as Co-Owner/Creative and Executive Chef of the early acclaimed Outpost Kitchen in Orange County, CA. - -- Currently, Sickinger cooks for selected celebrities and consults to high profile athletes while he hones in on his LA restaurant launching this winter in late 2016.

 

Australian born and raised, Sickinger has vast experience of world cuisine having spent time working across 12 countries and extensive experience on the Indian and Pacific Ocean working on-board elite charter yachts - within the Indonesian archipelago, and Bikini Atolls. His menu reflects global flavours from his extensive travels across the world, especially those of Asia Pacific. However, it is his steadfast approach to forging close relationships with local farmers that sets him apart. Working only with like-minded farmers who’s products are chemical free, non GMO, toxin free, pesticide free, and who are respectful and sensitive in their farming methods. Because of his relationships Chef Andre is not only able to choose produce that is sensitive to the planet, but also, harmonious to the seasons. Sickinger prides himself with bringing healthy, delicious wholesome clean food from ocean and farm - to the table.
